Escobar Training Grounds (“we”, “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing martial arts training to all ages in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Personal Information: names, addresses, birthdates (for minors), emergency contacts, email/phone numbers from registration.
Payments & Donations: billing ddresses, transaction history (processed via secure third-party gateways).
Website Analytics & Communications: browser/device info, IP address, cookies for performance, and interactions via email or chat.

To securely register and manage memberships, class schedules, youth programs, and nonprofit donor records
To send updates, newsletters, and self-defense announcements (you may opt out at any time)
To improve our operations via aggregated usage analytics

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share with:
- Payment processors or nonprofits auditing us
- Legal authorities in compliance with legal requests
- Service providers (e.g., email renewal reminders), under confidentiality obligations

We keep data as long as needed for organizational or legal requirements (minimum seven (7) years for payments).

Members under 13 must have data provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without consent.
